Democratic National Committee v. The Russian Federation et al

In the first 5 pages of the 'Case Summary' you will notice some Filing Errors.  Seems that DNC attorney Eisenkraft is taken to task for his 'deficient filing'.

As far as I can see the case title should be:  DNC vs Everybody Else.

I had to chuckle a bit over page 32 (36 if you go by headings at top of page).  Here it is FYI-

N.  Trump - and Russia - Win

On November 8, 2016, Trump won the election to become President of the United States.

In Moscow, the reaction was jubilation.  When the news of Trump's victory broke in the Duma (Russia's parliament), legislators burst into applause, and the  announcement by Vyacheslav Nikomov, a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, was almost drowned out by clapping and cheering.  Nikonov stated:  "Three minutes ago Hillary Clinton acknowledged her defeat in the US presidential elections and just seconds ago, Trump began his speech as president-elect.  I congratulate you all on this."

I understand that the DNC is already $6,000,000 in the hole.  Even Democratic commentators comment that this is more about getting contributions than being a 'real' civil suit.

Probably it will end up tossed out of court.

Below is the main part of the filing by the DNC, the footnotes go on for a few additional pages but are not incorporated in this blog.
